You are in good hands, but their dvds are very education based and don’t always have a good flow for home workouts. When looking for some Pilates exercise dvds, remember these key points: • look for one that is related to the method of Pilates you study Most importantly, never embark on any Pilates reformer dvd without first receiving private instruction from a qualified instructor. The monetary investment can be high for home equipment, but more importantly, you must make sure you are executing the exercises correctly in order to achieve the best results.
